RENTALS

Thank you for your interest in renting Wild Heart Performing Arts Studio. Our space is a clean and professional dance studio available for rent for rehearsals, classes, auditions and photo/video shoots. Space rental is subject to approval. Please e-mail WildHeartPAS@gmail to request space.

* Ample barre space. Permanent barre along one wall + two portable barres measuring 12 feet each with two barre heights + three small portable barres for individual use

* Self-controlled sound system / mounted speakers
* Dimmable lighting

* HEPA air purifier
* Private, gender-neutral restroom (no shower)
* Intercom system with view of street entrance

Rental rates:
Rehearsal: $25+/hour depending on group size + two-hour minimum
Private Lesson/Group Class: $65+/hr. depending on number of participants
Photo/Video: $70+/hr. (depending on crew size)

Auditions: $70+/hr. depending on number of participants

Custom rates can be arranged for monthly renters who reserve a minimum number of off-peak hours.
